The Guardian Interlock of Arizona's Breathe to Learn Educational Program combines state of the art ignition interlock technology with a disciplined process of education, monitoring and reporting. The Breathe to Learn Program recognizes the well-documented fact that the vast majority of DUI offenders continue to drive regardless of court-imposed sanctions. Its objective is to allow offenders to lawfully participate as productive members of society by operating their motor vehicles under continuous supervision.
